Can you supply free samples?
Yes. Free samples are available for selected standard products and certain projects. For custom-made products, sample and tooling costs may apply depending on the design and material. Shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the product type, material, size, tooling requirements, and production process.Different product the MOQ was different.
Do you charge a mold fee?
For selected products and standard sizes, we can offer tooling-free production. For new custom products requiring dedicated tooling, tooling costs depend on the product design, size, material and production process. Contact us with your drawing or sample for a tooling quotation.
Can you manufacture according to ASTM, DIN, ISO, SAE or customer specifications?
Yes. We can manufacture rubber products according to applicable ASTM, DIN, ISO, SAE, and other industry standards, as well as customer-specific drawings, specifications, and performance requirements. Our engineering team can review your technical requirements and recommend suitable materials and manufacturing processes.
Where do you ship from?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, providing convenient access to Ningbo Port and major international shipping routes. We regularly support overseas customers with sea, air and express shipments.

What FFKM products do you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of FFKM sealing products, including FFKM O-rings, custom seals, gaskets, molded parts and other precision sealing components. Custom sizes and geometries are available according to customer drawings or samples.
What about your payment terms?
30% T/T deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Established customers may be eligible for deposit-free payment terms.
What material certifications do you have?
Our products can be supplied to meet RoHS, REACH, PAHs, FDA, LFGB, EN 549, WRAS, KTW, and other applicable international requirements, depending on the specific product and application.
Can you provide custom-made rubber products?
Yes. We specialize in custom rubber products and sealing solutions. We can manufacture O-rings, oil seals, gaskets, diaphragms, sealing strips, and other rubber components according to your drawings, samples, specifications, or application requirements. Our engineering team can also assist with material selection and product development.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services, from material selection and product development to tooling, prototyping, and mass production. Products can be manufactured according to your drawings, samples, or specifications.
